The Home Visiting Community Advisory Board (HV CAB) offers CHWs an opportunity to influence statewide strategies for early childhood services and strengthen the continuum of care for Delaware families. \nOur Vision \nPregnant women and parenting families in Delaware will have access to voluntary\, high-quality early childhood home visiting services as part of a comprehensive system providing support\, encouragement\, and resources so children and families can thrive. \nOur Mission \nEnsure a collaborative approach to home visiting\, advancing equitable and diverse research-informed programs supporting individuals from prenatal through age 5. \nThe CHW-Home Visiting Connection \nBoth CHWs and Home Visitors work directly with families\, providing support\, resources\, and system navigation. The Home Visiting Community Advisory Board (HV CAB) offers CHWs an opportunity to influence statewide strategies for early childhood services and strengthen the continuum of care for Delaware families. \nOur Vision \nPregnant women and parenting families in Delaware will have access to voluntary\, high-quality early childhood home visiting services as part of a comprehensive system providing support\, encouragement\, and resources so children and families can thrive. \nOur Mission \nEnsure a collaborative approach to home visiting\, advancing equitable and diverse research-informed programs supporting individuals from prenatal through age 5. \nThe CHW-Home Visiting Connection \nBoth CHWs and Home Visitors work directly with families\, providing support\, resources\, and system navigation.
