The Community Health Worker Association of Delaware (CHWAD) Annual Summit unites CHWs from across the state for a day of learning, networking, and recognition. This dynamic gathering features local and national speakers addressing social determinants of health and strategies for overcoming community challenges.
The summit honors Delaware Champions and provides space for key committees to discuss advocacy, resource and training initiatives. Through shared experiences and collaborative discussions, this event celebrates the vital role CHWs play in building healthier communities while strengthening the network of dedicated health advocates across Delaware.

2022 CHW Summit
